You don’t need to arrive with answers, or even clear questions.

Sometimes there is simply a quiet sense that something inside is shifting, and a wish for calm space in which to listen.

We slow down and notice what matters, allowing clarity to emerge in its own time.

I’ve spent many years supporting women through change, identity shifts, and moments of transition. That experience sits quietly and gently behind the work, offering a steady, grounded space where you can reflect without judgement or urgency.

There is nothing to prepare, and no expectation to have it all figured out.

If you’re seeking quick fixes, this may not be the right space for you, although you’re always welcome to explore this with me.

If you’re feeling drawn toward more thoughtful dialogue, depth, and quieter, intentional progress, you may already have found your way here.

This is not therapy, and there is no pressure to perform. Our conversations move at your pace, and you remain in control of what is explored and what may remain untouched.

  • Jules's ability to guide me to those answers I'd been searching for was unbelievable! Jules' NLP approach, her guidance, her caring and her engagement has helped me unpack fears and anger that gripped me for 40 years. It's amazing to think I am driving again. This is the only program which worked from me! I have freedom again!

  • I loved doing the Breakthrough Day with Jules. She has such warmth and compassion and openness and understanding. I think the thing that really blew me away was the Time Line Therapy. Instead of carrying all that baggage you came in with, you feel physically, tangibly LIGHTER. It's gone! You don't have to carry it around any more.

  • At 59 my life is being transformed in ways I never thought possible. Jules is able to get to the very soul of you with an incredible intuitiveness, sense of humour, warmth and positivity, thus enabling you to take on the world and enjoy it at the same time. I don’t think Jules realises how much she helps people see that anything is possible!”
