You don’t need to arrive with answers, or even clear questions.

Sometimes there is simply a quiet sense that something inside is shifting, and a wish for calm space in which to listen.

We slow down and notice what matters, allowing clarity to emerge in its own time.

I’ve spent many years supporting women through change, identity shifts, and moments of transition. That experience sits quietly and gently behind the work, offering a steady, grounded space where you can reflect without judgement or urgency.

There is nothing to prepare, and no expectation to have it all figured out.

If you’re seeking quick fixes, this may not be the right space for you, although you’re always welcome to explore this with me.

If you’re feeling drawn toward more thoughtful dialogue, depth, and quieter, intentional progress, you may already have found your way here.

This is not therapy, and there is no pressure to perform. Our conversations move at your pace, and you remain in control of what is explored and what may remain untouched.

  • I had the opportunity to experience Timeline Therapy with Jules and was impressed by both her approach and the way she holds the therapeutic space.

Jules brings a wonderful combination of professional knowledge, warmth and genuine human presence to her work. She has a calm, intuitive way of guiding the process that allowed me to feel completely at ease while still feeling purposeful and considered
